THE BIGGEST EVENT OF THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

Forget the ordinary school holiday program. EPIC Games is a full day of action, challenges, competition and non-stop fun where kids become part of the action from the moment they arrive.

They’ll join a team, take on massive challenges and battle their way through a day packed with water games, inflatable challenges, beach sports, team battles and EPIC surprises.
 

It’s not about being the best athlete. EPIC Games is designed so every kid can get involved, make new friends, have a go and help their team chase victory.
 

One venue. Two huge days. So many ways to play.

DETAILS:

COTS: 2 day Epic Battle - $100 (early bird)  or $120 

Ages: 5–11 years (primary school aged)
HOURS: 8:30AM – 3:00PM

WHAT TO BRING:  Hat, Towel, Change of clothes, socks for the inflatables​​

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING / WEAR /FOOD?

• Lunch & Snack for the child unless you have ordered our food options. Parents must not pack any food containing any nuts.
(We are a nut free zone!)
• Refillable Water bottle
• Any prescribed medication (with medical form filled out)

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

Please have your child wear any kind of comfortable clothing and shoes. Remember that kids will be active throughout the day with lots of jumping when on inflatables so kids do get hot. Make sure kids are wearing socks as this is whats needed for Inflatables.

WHAT ARE THE START AND FINISHING TIMES OF KIDS CLUB? 

Our program starts at 9am and finish at 3pm.
Doors open from 8:45am. Please ensure you pick them up promptly at 3pm but we do give a 15 minute grace period.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF IM RUNNING LATE TO PICK UP MY CHILD?


If you are running late to pick up your child at the end of camp, please call us at 07 3191 3895 as soon as possible. We give a 15 minute grace period from 3-3:15pm, after this $30 will be charged for late pickups every 30 minutes thereafter.​

WET WEATHER


Our camp is mainly on our outdoor Beach section of Epic Sports. If it rains, we will particpate indoors in a alternative program build for indoor play.

MY CHILD HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION, WHO DO I INFORM?

If your Child has a medical condition you should fill in one of our Medical Management Plans and bring that with you.

WHATS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

More than 5 days notice
If you need to cancel or change your booking more than 5 days before your session, we can offer you:

  • An alternative booking date, or

  • A credit for future holiday programs, or

  • A full refund


5 days or less notice
If you cancel within 5 days of your booking we can offer:

  • An alternative booking date, or

  • A credit to use in the next holiday program period

  • Please note: no refunds will be issued within 5 days.
