HOW DO INFLATABLE WORLD PARTIES WORK?

• We supply table clothes, tables and chairs for each paying party guest. We can keep any Birthday cakes supplied in the fridge and supply cutting knife and paper plates.

• Food wise we encourage you to choose from one of our catering packages

• Sit back and watch the kids at play

• We have snacks, confectionery, soft drinks and juices available

• Sorry, we do not offer heating facilities​

Please help our party staff by cleaning up as you go and before you leave.  

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

• Party Poppers, confetti, Pinatas and face paint (too messy)

• Party Horns (too loud)

• Lollipops (too dangerous - running children) -
  please don’t include these in party bags

• Too much food - we find most parties use only half the food they bring (most kids are too excited to eat a lot). Why not let us handle this anyway?

• We highly recommend that the birthday presents are opened at home, as we often find pieces of new gifts left on the floor.

• Also, our venues do not lend themselves to traditional party games - the kids are more than happy on the inflatables

TIMINGS:
Please do not turn up early for your function - your space may not be ready for you if you arrive early.

• Please make sure that you leave your function on time.

• You will be given a 10 minute grace period after the conclusion of your party before you will start to be charged a late fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You’ll have 5 days to change your mind about your party and can cancel with a full refund. After 5 days, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel.

We understand though that things happen, and you may need to change your party date, so we will happily move your party to another available date if its more then 7 days away.

A $90 administration fee will be added to all date changes.
