Socks are required — no socks, no play. This is a safety rule with no exceptions.

You don't need to plan party games — the inflatables keep everyone happily entertained the whole time.

Plates, cups, balloons, banners, and centrepieces are all welcome.

Please don't arrive early. Your party space may not be ready — we're likely finishing up the session before yours.

Please leave on time. Out of respect for the next party, everyone needs to be packed up at the end of your session. You'll have a 10-minute grace period, after which a late fee applies.

Please help our staff by cleaning up as you go and before you leave. It makes a big difference to everyone!
